Prizes: Two winners will be announced each winning a 15ML Verset Parfum.
By entering this challenge/prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Participants
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of Whitworth Pharmacy or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Promotion limited to one entry per person, unless specified. Each person entering may only win once.
Entry
To enter the competition, follow us on Instagram and comment on the Facebook post which Verset Parfum you would like. Entry will open from 2nd February 2021 and will close on 9th February 2021 at midnight. The winner will be announced via Facebook and contacted on Facebook.
Selection
We will collate all entry names, allocate them a number and use a number generator to select two winners at random. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the promoter is satisfied with the verification.
Liability
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
Prize Details
Two winners will be selected at random from all entries and will each receive a 15ML Verset Parfum.
The winner(s) will be notified via Facebook. The winner(s) must claim their prize within 2 days of the notification, by replying to us with address details of where to send the products to. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.
Publicity
The winner(s) will be notified via email. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
