CALM (Campaign against living miserably) needs donations! Employees’ can decide the amount they wish to donate to our charitable cause. Training and Development Opportunities

Whitworth Independent Prescribing Service (WIPS)

All staff employed by Whitworth will benefit from being able to access our own in-house independent prescriber run clinic (WIPS). If you cannot get an urgent appointment with you GP or need to see a clinician urgently, you will have access to an independent prescriber that will be able to diagnose many minor ailment conditions (and the list of conditions that can be treated is growing constantly!). You will not be charged for the consultation and will only need to pay for your private prescription which will be dispensed to you from the pharmacy you work in (or any other Whitworth pharmacy of your choice).

One4all Digital

Care First is a free 24/7 telephone support service and is free of charge to all employees. Face-to-face counselling sessions can also be arranged. The service is complimented with a fully resourced online tool kit to support employees with their health and wellbeing.
