Menopause

Menopause

All women between the ages of 45 and 55 years old naturally go through a cycle known as the Menopause.  This is a three step process the signifies the end of childbearing and periods stop.

A woman will know she is going through the process as she will experience an array of symptoms such as:

Ø Difficulty sleeping

Ø Night sweats

Ø Hot flushes

Ø Low mood

Ø Vaginal dryness

Ø Reduced libido (sex drive)

Ø Anxiety

If a woman younger than 45 experiences these symptoms she may need a blood test to measure her hormone levels.
